FinaX Academy (academy.finax.co.tz) is the learning and customer-knowledge platform of FinaX, operated by Openic Company Limited, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
Course materials are for your personal professional development. Do not copy, resell or publish them without written permission. Examinations must be taken honestly and without assistance; certificates obtained by cheating may be revoked. During the launch period enrolment is free; FinaX may introduce fees for some courses and certifications in future, and any fee will be shown clearly before you enrol.
We collect the details you give us (name, e-mail, phone, institution, role) and your learning records (progress, quiz and exam results) in order to deliver courses, issue certificates, provide support and improve the Academy, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022. We do not sell your data. Your employer may receive your training results only where your institution has enrolled you as part of a FinaX customer programme. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to hello@finax.co.tz.
We may contact you by e-mail or SMS about your account, courses and examinations. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
